Stage aims:
To give to all partecipants basic notions on green and roasted coffee.Furthermore accustom them on the technical aspects ofespresso professional machines and grinders. Preparation of Italian Espresso and cappuccino.
 


Length of course:
6 hours, of which 4 practical and 2 theory.

Cost of course:
Euro 240+20%iva

Deeper knowledge about coffee from the plant to the roasting phase. Machine and grinder regulation,
(assembling and disassembling knives and spare parts).
